The winner of the $1000 AAA Mid-Atlantic Gift Certificate will be chosen on January 15, 2003 at 12:00 PM. The prize is provided through AAA Mid-Atlantic, “Win Your Dream Vacation”

  1. To enter the sweepstakes, complete all required fields of the on-line entry form available at www.aaaconnection.com or through the AAA Mid-Atlantic web site (s) and submit it electronically. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  2. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM on January 14, 2003. There is a limit of one entry per e-mail address for all on line entries. All entries are the property of AAA Mid-Atlantic. AAA Mid-Atlantic is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect or misdirected entries or for problems downloading entries from the Web site or any other technical problems related to Web site entries, including, but not limited to malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software.

  3. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on January 15, 2003 from the eligible entries. The drawings will be conducted under the supervision of AAA Mid-Atlantic, and the decisions of the judges will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Prize winner will be notified by e-mail and $1000 AAA Gift Certificate will be sent via Next Day Air Service. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The sweepstakes is void where restricted or prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.
  4. On-line entrants expressly give their permission to be contacted by e-mail by AAA Mid-Atlantic.
  5. The Grand Prize is a $1000 AAA Mid-Atlantic Gift Certificate and all terms and conditions of gift certificate use must be adhered to by the winner.
  6. By entering, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, and winners agree to allow AAA Mid-Atlantic the use of their names, cities of residence and photographic likenesses for promotional purposes including posting on our web site (s). Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.
  7. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Employees of AAA Mid-Atlantic and members of their immediate families living in the same household are not eligible.
  8. For the name of the Grand Prize Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Win your Dream Vacation”, AAA Mid-Atlantic e-Business, 3 AAA Drive, Hamilton, NJ 08691. Requests must be received by January 30, 2003.
  9. AAA Mid-Atlantic reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this on-line sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired.
  10. The laws of the United States govern this promotion. The jurisdiction and venue governing any and all claims is Philadelphia, PA.
