April 18th– 28th Help Make Your Environment Cleaner & Safer

Since April 22, 1970, Earth Day has been an annual event for people around the world to celebrate our planet
and our responsibility for it. In honor of Earth Day, AAA will proudly be sponsoring two free events.

Great Battery Roundup — Our 8th
Annual Battery Roundup event collects any old batteries that may have been left in your garage
corners. Lead-acid batteries can be dangerous to children and pets and can pollute soil and ground water. So we are
pleased to provide a recycling opportunity to the public. Just bring your old car or boat battery to a participating
Approved Auto Repair facility or recycling center and we'll take care of the rest - it's that easy! Use the search found above to
find a participating location in your area.
