Official Drawing Rules - AAA World November/December 2009 Drawing
1. Enter the drawing by going to AAA.com/worldcontest and complete the entry form. No purchase is necessary to enter. Members may enter the drawing once per day.
2. All online entries must be entered by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 18, 2009. Drawing sponsors are AAA Mid-Atlantic and the Loews Annapolis Hotel who are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or illegible entries.
3. One prize winner will be selected from among the eligible entries in a random drawing on December 31, 2009. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Automation, Inc., and the decision will be final by AAA Mid-Atlantic in all matters relating to this drawing. The prize winner will be notified by email. The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 10 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance within this time period, an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification returned to AAA Mid-Atlantic as undeliverable may result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The drawing is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
4. The prize for the November/December 2009 drawing is: Two nights’ accommodations for two at the Loews Annapolis Hotel, dinner for two at Breeze restaurant and the winner’s choice of two Harbor Queen tour tickets or two Annapolis Walking Tour tickets. Some restrictions/blackout dates may apply and is based on availability. Dinner includes non-alcoholic beverages, tax and tip. The retail value of the prize is $532.
5. Entrants agree that, by accepting a prize, winner agrees that AAA Mid-Atlantic and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliate companies, and their agents, employees, directors and officers will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind incurred in connection with, or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in this promotion or any prize-related activity.
6. By entering, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Drawing Rules and to allow AAA Mid-Atlantic to share their full names and addresses with the Loews Annapolis Hotel. The winner agrees to allow AAA Mid-Atlantic to use his or her name, full address and photographic likeness for promotional purposes without obtaining further consent or providing compensation.
7. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older to enter. Employees of participating AAA Clubs, prize suppliers and members of their immediate families living in the same household are not eligible. For the name of the prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: AAA World, One River Place, Wilmington, DE 19801.
8. Prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2010
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR TO UNDERMINE OPERATION OF A DRAWING ON ANY WEB SITE IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. AAA MID-ATLANTIC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
