NO PURCHASE OR CONSIDERATION NECESSARY TO ENTER. Sweepstakes starts 8/14/09 at 9 A.M. E.S.T. and ends on 12/16/09 at 11:59 P.M. E.S.T. “Promotion Period”.
ENTRY:
To enter go to www.AAA.com/Eagles any time during the Promotion Period and follow the directions for entry. Limit one entry per email address per day. Multiple daily entries will be disqualified. Deadline for entries is 11:59 P.M. on 12/16/09. This sweepstakes is sponsored by the AAA Mid-Atlantic Automobile Club, which is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or for phone, electronic, network, computer, hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties. Sweepstakes ends 12/16/09 at 11:59 P.M. E.S.T.
ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes open only to legal US citizens, residing in a zip code area located within the AAA Mid-Atlantic club territory and also within 75 miles of center city Philadelphia. Click here for a list of eligible zip codes. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of AAA Mid-Atlantic Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Philadelphia Eagles LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“The Eagles”), , all other travel/prize providers as well as wholesalers and distributors of these entities, their advertising and/or promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries, and/or any other person or entity directly involved with this sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
PRIZES:
Twenty-nine (29) winners will be selected to receive prizes. All prizes will be awarded and the odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries.
First 7 Home Games: Four (4) winners will be selected for each of the following home games to receive a pair of tickets (home games on 9/20/09, 9/27/09, 10/11/09, 11/1/09, 11/8/09, 11/29/09 and 12/20/09). plus:
- Pre-game party at Citizen Bank Park with buffet, full beverage service, and appearances by Swoop and Eagles cheerleaders.
- Eagles alumni autograph session
- Gift from the Eagles for all ticket holders
- Approximate retail value $295 per ticket
Final Home Game: (currently scheduled for 12/27/09)
One (1) winner will be selected to receive eight (8) tickets to the final home game on 12/27/09, plus:
- 2 parking passes
- 8 VIP pre-game sideline passes
- 8 Eagles/AAA hats
- Approximate retail value $300 per ticket
All applicable taxes are the responsibility of winner. Any expenses, including transportation to and from the game, not stated are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred except at sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event a prize becomes unavailable for any reason the Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners will be contacted by telephone and email. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in prize being forfeited and an alternate winner randomly selected from all eligible entries.
DRAWING:
Winners will be selected by Promotion Management Corp. (PMC), an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries. Eight (8) separate drawings will be made, one for each game. Each drawing will take place 10 days prior to each game and the winner(s) for that game will be notified immediately after the drawing.
GENERAL:
By entering the sweepstakes each entrant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of PMC and Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes; (b) that Sponsor, Philadelphia Eagles, LLC, PMC and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person, including death, or property due in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this sweepstakes; and (c) by acceptance of prize, winners agree to allow use by Sponsor and the Philadelphia Eagles, LLC of his/her name, city, photograph or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. All material submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsors and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes material or for any computer, software, Internet website or electronic defect, error or failure regardless of reason. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned by infection of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other failures which in the sole opinion of the Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes and will post notice of such cancellation at www.AAA.com/Eagles. The laws of the United States govern this promotion. The jurisdiction and venue governing any and all claims is Wilmington, DE.
WINNER'S LIST:
For the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to be received before 12/16/09, to: AAA Eagles Ultimate Fan Zone Sweepstakes Winner’s List, P.O. Box 8500, Westport, CT 06888. VT residents may omit return postage.
