AAA Stop Dreaming, Start Vacationing Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes starts 1/31/10 at 9 A.M. E.S.T. and ends on 4/25/10 at 11:59 P.M. E.S.T. "Promotion Period".
ENTRY:
Entry is available at any one of the following AAA Mid-Atlantic Travel & Savings Expo's by visiting the AAA exhibit and scanning your AAA Membership Card:
- Jan. 31 - Wilkes Barre, PA (The Woodlands Inn & Resort)
- Feb. 21 - Philadelphia, PA (Eagles - Lincoln Financial Field)
- Mar. 21 - Richmond, VA (Richmond Raceway Complex)
- Mar. 6 and 7 - Washington, DC (Washington Convention Center)
- Apr. 18 Baltimore, MD (Ravens - M&T Bank Stadium)
- Apr. 25 - Edison, NJ (NJ Convention & Expo Center)
Expo hours may be found at www.aaa.com/events. Entry to the Expo is free to anyone wishing to attend.
To enter without attending an Expo or without AAA membership go to aaa.com/events any time during the Promotion Period and follow the directions for entry. Limit one entry per person/household via any means during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Deadline for entries is 11:59 P.M. on 4/25/10. This sweepstakes is sponsored by the AAA Mid-Atlantic Automobile Club, which is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or for phone, electronic, network, computer, hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties. Sweepstakes ends 4/25/10 at 11:59 P.M. E.S.T.
ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes open only to legal US citizens, residing in the States of DE, PA, MD, NJ, VA and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of AAA Mid-Atlantic Inc. (the "Sponsor") and all other travel/prize providers; their advertising and/or promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries, and/or any other person or entity directly involved with this sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

PRIZES:
Four (4) Grand Prize winners and three (3) First Prize winners will be randomly selected at the end of the Promotion Period. All prizes will be awarded and the odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries.
Four (4) Grand Prizes are available to be won:
- Walt Disney World Resorts: Five (5) night stay (double occupancy) at an Orlando, FL Walt Disney World Resort and a six day Magic Your Way base ticket for two (2) adults. Travel to and from the Resort, meals and other miscellaneous expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value: $3,000.
- Travel Impressions: Five (5) day/(4) four night (double occupancy) stay at the 5-star NH Riviera Cancun Luxury Resort in Cancun, Mexico – Trip includes resort accommodations for two, all meals and drinks while in resort, and transfers from the arrival airport to and from the resort. Travel to and from Cancun is the responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value: $3,000.
- Holland America Line: Seven (7) night Caribbean Cruise for two (double occupancy). At the time the winner is selected, Holland America will determine the itinerary for this cruise. Cruise will include stateroom accommodations, and meals as included per the itinerary. Taxes and tips are the responsibility of the prize winner. Travel to and from departure city is the responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value: $3,000.
- Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines: Seven (7) night Caribbean or Mexico cruise for two (double occupancy) in an ocean view stateroom. At the time the winner is selected, Royal Caribbean will determine the itinerary for this cruise. Cruise will include ocean view stateroom accommodations, and meals as included per the itinerary. Taxes and tips are the responsibility of the prize winner. Travel to and from the departure city is the responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value: $3,000.
Three (3) First Prizes are available to be won:
GPS devices, Magellan Maestro 4700. Approximate retail value: $ 299
All applicable taxes are the responsibility of winner. Any expenses, including transportation to and from Resort or cruise departure city, not stated are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred except at sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event a prize becomes unavailable for any reason the Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners must complete travel by April 25, 2011. All travel winners travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. Travel arrangements will be made by Sponsor whose decisions regarding the itinerary are final. Certain restrictions will apply. The Grand Prize winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release. Refusal to execute the Affidavit and Release or failure to return the signed Affidavit within ten (10) days after delivery will cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to a randomly selected alternate winner from an alternate drawing. Travel companions of trip winners must sign and return a Liability Release within the same ten (10) days. The Grand Prize winner and travel companion must have valid travel documents (e.g., government issued I.D., passport, etc.) prior to departure, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. Sponsor or other Sweepstakes Administrators are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of cancellation or delay. Winner and his/her companion are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel. Winners will be contacted by mail. Failure to respond within 10 days will result in prize being forfeited and an alternate winner randomly selected from all eligible entries.
DRAWING:
Winners will be randomly selected by Promotion Management Corp. (PMC), an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries on or about 5/10/10.
GENERAL:
By entering the sweepstakes each entrant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of PMC and Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes; (b) that Sponsor and PMC and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person, including death, or property due in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this sweepstakes; and (c) by acceptance of prize, winners agree to allow use by Sponsor of his/her name, city, photograph or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. All material submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsors and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes material or for any computer, software, Internet website or electronic defect, error or failure regardless of reason. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned by infection of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other failures which in the sole opinion of the Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes and will post notice of such cancellation at aaa.com/events. The laws of the United States govern this promotion. The jurisdiction and venue governing any and all claims is Wilmington, DE.
