Service Request Tips
To help us serve you better when requesting service:
- Provide your name and Membership number
- Provide exact location of the vehicle and the nearest intersecting street
- Provide the make, model, color and license number of the vehicle
- Provide a brief description about the trouble you're having
- If possible, provide a phone number where you can be reached
- Remain with the vehicle to receive service, however under extenuating circumstances exceptions can be made
- If you are able to start or move your vehicle before we arrive, please call to cancel your request
