Government Affairs
Donna Lee H. Williams was named Director of Government and Industry Affairs in June of 2005. Ms. Williams brings with her tremendous experience in the areas of insurance legislation, regulation and associated issues, honed during her tenure as Delaware's Insurance Commissioner. She was elected to three consecutive four- year terms as the state's regulator of the insurance industry in protecting the interests of the consumers.
