AAA Deposits Program Update:
Your source of information regarding recent changes to the AAA Deposit Program
AAA Mid-Atlantic announced an important change for the AAA Deposit Program for Certificates of Deposit, Money Market Accounts, or Individual Retirement Accounts on January 1, 2008. Our relationship for these products is now with Discover Bank in Wilmington, DE.
The announcement was made via written notification, calls and voice mail messages last year to members who have AAA-sponsored accounts with Bank of America.
If you have a AAA-sponsored account with Bank of America, we would like to make you aware that while your current account with Bank of America no longer has the AAA endorsement, it will continue to stay open as long as you wish.
AAA Accounts through Bank of America:
- Certificate of Deposit (CD) and Individual Retirement Account (IRA): If you own a AAA-endorsed CD or IRA account, your rate and term will continue unchanged until its maturity date.
- Money Market Account (MMA): If you own a AAA-endorsed Money Market Account, the interest rate on your account will continue to be linked to the Money Fund Report Averages™/All Taxable index outlined in your Deposit Agreement unless you receive written notice from Bank of America indicating otherwise.
