How to use RoadSide Assistance

If you're stranded, the AAA Emergency Roadside Assistance Call Center will pinpoint your exact location when you give us the position displayed on your Magellan GPS AAA Edition.

Touch the dedicated icon on the OneTouch menu of the Magellan models to get your exact latitude/longitude and then relay that information--along with your address--to the AAA Roadside Assistance Call Center. We'll know exactly where you are and where to send our service vehicle. You also have the ability to enter your Member number right into this screen.

Maestro 4040, 4250 and 5310 models
