Mobile Glass Replacement Service - Warranty
AAA Mid-Atlantic offers a limited lifetime warranty for glass replacement services. This warranty cannot be changed or supplemented in any manner for any reason, except as set forth below.
WHO IS COVERED: The limited lifetime warranty applies for as long as you own the vehicle in which the repair or replacement was made and it is not transferable.
WHAT IS COVERED: AAA Mid-Atlantic (“AAAMA”) warrants replaced glass against defects in material and workmanship. In addition, Members with a valid AAA membership are eligible for the Members-only damage coverage. This coverage warrants against any damage that occurs to the replaced glass. This additional coverage is valid for 1 year from the service purchase date; can only be redeemed once; and, AAAMA reserves the right to repair the glass instead of replacing it. AAAMA also reserves the right to decline honoring the Members-only damage coverage at any time.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED: The limited lifetime warranty is void if the service order indicates purchaser’s refusal, written or verbal, to authorize specific labor, parts or service required for satisfactory performance of requested replacement service due to any pre-existing condition.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY REPLACEMENT SERVICE: Contact AAA Mid-Atlantic Auto Glass at 866-4-GLASS-1 (866-445-2771) to schedule your warranty service. You must present a copy of your service order to the AAA Auto Glass technician.

WHO IS COVERED: The limited lifetime warranty applies for as long as you own the vehicle in which the repair or replacement was made and it is not transferable.
WHAT IS COVERED: AAA Mid-Atlantic warrants repaired glass against defects in material and workmanship. If you are dissatisfied with the repair, you can apply the original, pre-tax repair amount toward the purchase of a glass replacement. No refunds are available.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED: If an attempt to repair a windshield results in the chip or crack becoming too large for safe repair practices, we will stop and recommend a replacement. AAA Mid-Atlantic is not responsible for additional damage resulting from a repair attempt.
